Getting there was so easy, staff members help with instruction to order our food and OMG the berk island is amazing, fun. We had the express tickets so we were able to get on all the rides and I did have to show the tickets the camaras recognized.!!! Thank you Epic for the great dayArturo

Begin your adventure by presenting your ticket at the main entrance of either park. After a quick security check and ticket validation, you’re free to move between both parks throughout each day with biometric access.

Most attraction queues do not allow strollers. Each attraction will have a designated stroller parking area at its entrance.

Each attraction has its own boarding requirements and accommodations for guests using mobility devices. If you're able to transfer to the ride seat—either on your own or with help from someone in your group—you’re allowed to do so.

You can use your ticket on any two days within a five-day period starting from the date you select. Remember, it expires after those five days, and any unused days will not carry over.

This ticket is non-transferable, and on both days, only the person who starts using it via biometric scanning can use it.

Lockers are available at the parks for a fee on a first-come, first-served basis.

All guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by someone who is at least 14 years old and meets all other requirements to ride.
