Poor organization: I was asked by phone to be at the city harbour at 12:45 instead of the agreed time at 13:30. However, no boat was sailing at this time, and the guide of the next boat at 13:15 didn't know anything about the postponement. This affected two other people apart from me. As two people who had been announced didn't show up, I was able to join them at 13:15. The tour is otherwise very nice, although the constant witty remarks from the boatman annoyed me. But that's a matter of taste.

Unfortunately, you could not hear or understand the tour guide well on the ship (the further away you sat!) Suggestion: Tour guide sets (tour guide has a transmitter with microphone and group receiver with earphones) Otherwise the tour was very nice.
