All I can say is: GOOD AND AFFORDABLE. Everything went smoothly, from buying the ticket online to traveling by bus and vaporetto. The service is excellent. The vaporettos and buses run on time. We really enjoyed the vaporetto trips... you can hop on and off wherever you want. The stations are well marked, so you can't get lost. We'll be back. Thank you very much.

This is truly an excellent option for traveling in Venice, except if you need to "activate" your pass on the Mestre–Venice train: in that case, you cannot validate it at the station. This isn't made clear enough, and it can cause you to waste time—which is sometimes precious.

Excellent service. There were two of us, and we bought 24-hour tickets that we used quite a bit. Venice is beautiful when viewed from the vaporetto, and a ticket like this lets you get on and off wherever you want. The staff was friendly. There are plenty of stops. We highly recommend it!

The water services offered is simple and accessible. It makes adventuring and travelling very simple. It also is 24hr service which is incredible. The only issue is when it is busy at the platform, people push in and if you not a person that can push in you will have to wait a few boats before hopping on one. I would say elderly, people with baby's and prams, as well as first come first serve should be given first passage

It was an awesome opportunity to see so much if Venice in a short time. We were able to catch water bus at any location and spent the day going around Venice using the buses. The directions and terminals were easy to figure out and it helped us see more of Venice, than if we traveled another way. The price if the ticket was resonable and quickly paid for itself.

The Water Bus is totally the way to get around in Venice. After we figured out the directional flow of the traffic, the navigating through the city and different islands we so simple. In just a short time we were asked by other travelers how the system worked and we were able to help them enjoy it as well

Perfect for getting around Venice 🎭 and exploring each spot by water. It’s also wonderful to do everything on foot using the MAP’S ME app, even in offline mode 🤪

I bought the ticket online. Instead of receiving the ticket, I received a voucher and still had to go to the ticket machine to get the ticket... that doesn't seem like a modern system to me! I had hoped to receive the ticket on my phone, just like at the airport, on the bus, or on the train...

A list of retailers that only includes a location name is useless to someone from out of town; it would need to include a map with geolocation based on the user’s phone, showing pickup locations, and of course the ability to view or send the directions to an app like Maps, for example.
