The Hola Barcelona card itself was useful; however, purchasing it online made the process much more difficult than simply buying it from a vending machine at the station. We arrived in Barcelona on a Sunday and were required to visit the tourist information centre to activate the voucher. Unfortunately, the tourist information centre was closed, which meant we couldn’t activate the card. As a result, we had to purchase additional tickets to travel from the airport to the city. Although we had already bought the card online in advance, we were unable to use it immediately, which was both frustrating and disappointing. I'd never recommend buying it online in the future and will instead buy it from a ticketing machine at the station.

The 5-day public transport service was excellent, allowing us to visit all of our destinations without any problems. Barcelona is easy to get around, from the iconic Sagrada Familia to Park Güell, to the heights of Montjuïc for the Olympic facilities, where you can take the funicular railway, as well as to Tibidabo. From Torre Glories to Gaudí's iconic houses and the Paseo Marítimo, it was easy to get around and arrive on time at our meeting points. This service allowed us to visit Barcelona with no worries and in complete comfort. I highly recommend it. This is the third time I've used it, and it's a real convenience.
