The pick-up time was postponed by 5 hours. This meant that there was not enough time on site to explore everything in a relaxed manner. Customer support was very unreceptive. The seats on the bus were very cramped. A person over 1.70 meters cannot sit comfortably here.

booked tour with pick up from 9 a.m. was moved to 2:30 p.m. As a result, the visit had to take place at a fast pace. Our ticket did not allow us access to the camp until 5:30 pm. Despite feidt that the guide did a good job of explaining what/where to view with a simplified map, and timing in mind, it still felt like a blitz visit, not being able to take the time to let it all in/process.Annemie
