- Your pass will automatically get activated when you use your pass to enter the first attraction or use any public transportation on the list.
Validity:
Before activation: Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- After activation: Your pass is activated as soon as you visit your 1st attraction/public transport and is valid for the duration you choose (24/48/72 hours).

- You can visit each attraction only once.
- Collect the Lisbon Card on the day you choose when booking. You will have 1 year to activate the card. Once redeemed, it is valid for 24/48/72 hours depending on the ticket option chosen.
- Bear in mind that national monuments and museums are closed on the following dates: January 1, Easter Sunday, May 1, December 24 and 25, and on municipal holidays (June 13 in Lisbon and June 29 in Sintra).
- All cards must be exchanged at the same redemption point.
- Museums and national monuments are closed on Mondays.
- Please read the Lisbon Card guide carefully before using it.
- Exchange your voucher for the magnetic Lisbon Card on the date selected during checkout, after which you will have one year to activate the card.
