The day I attended the venue it was extremely hot!!! Every 30 minutes try to find shade or drop into a store. The process to select certain pavilions was very very cumbersome!!!!!! Mostly enjoyed the Japanese pavilions-///// the wooden structure around the venue--// very beautiful --- with different intricate techniques-----enormous crowds---// lining up for all things------my recommendation : bring a light collapsible stool or chair with you and lots of cold water-///sun umbrella-/// neck cooler----fan

I visited the expo today with my brother, and we really enjoyed being there. The expo is the perfect example what we could achieve if we all work together. Everything felt very organized - exactly what I expected from this years host country, Japan. After visiting the expo in Dubai I was already a big fan of this event! I wouldn't say that one of these both exposes is better or worse, but much more: they are different in a very positive way. Japan, you really did a great job being this years host!

We visited most of the exposition halls that didn't have a long line up. We just avoided any long waiting time and in a day we could see most of the expo. It helps that we took a weekday ticket (and visited on a Monday) the crowds were not too bad. We left the Expo just after the fireworks show around 9PM to avoid line ups for shuttles at the closing. The drone show was canecleed due to strong winds so it's a shame because we wanted to see it.

    I truly enjoyed seeing representations of participating countries' cultures and global contributions. The wooden ring was impressive and allowed for easy transit from one section to another. I am disappointed I was only able to go for a day because it felt like I glossed over a lot of interesting pavilions.

    The sheer breadth of architectural designs and differing experiences. Plus the event staff and team were incredibly professional. Had a great conversation with someone right after the Mitsubishi pavilion that really topped off the entire visit.

    • Once logged in, navigate to ‘Additional Ticket Registration’ and enter your Headout ticket ID(s). If you have multiple tickets, you can register up to 10 per account.

    • Choose your preferred date and time slot on the Expo website to generate a QR code. Save or print this code for entry.

    • Reserve spots for pavilions and events in advance via the Expo website or app. For groups, you can book slots together to visit at the same time. If you miss pre-booking, you can use the on-site kiosks for last-minute reservations.
