Simple, effective and with no surprises. For St Sophie, enter directly outside TopKapi. No need to queue. Same for the cistern. The queue breaker is very pleasant. For TopKapi, it's very easy to find the place to meet the person who's letting us in. There's nothing to worry about, and it's a stone's throw from the site in a charming alley. I sincerely recommend it.

Great experience. Easy to use tickets. Amazing experience once I got in. Both the Hagia Sophia and Cistern are spectacular for their own reasons. Wish the app allowed you to download the audio guide ahead of time. Wifi in Hagia Sophia allowed me to access the audio guide. But the wifi in the Cistern wouldn't let me connect so I couldn't listen to the audio guide.

Buying tickets in advance avoids a long queue. Although there is one, it is shorter. Santa Sofia impressed me with the antiquity of its construction but it is in pretty bad shape and only the second floor can be visited. I highly recommend the cistern for its history and the work that has been done to make your visit enjoyable!

It was amazing, the audioguide as well as the views were amazing. It was raining, and going straight in, without waiting any line was a blessing. The basilica is also a really centric place, so you can easily move to any other historic building. 100% recommended

The cistern is beautiful and should definitely be visited. Hagia Sophia a bit disappointing. For the entrance to St. Sophia we had serious problems with the voucher sent by the company because it was not the one requested at the entrance. After half an hour of discussion at the entrance we realized that we had to apply for a new voucher, which then arrived, which allowed us to enter. Pay attention to this aspect. No problem, on the other hand, with the entrance to the tank.
