The National Archeologial Museum was an unexpected surprise. We had been to the Acropolis Museum and were told going to the NAM would be "redundant". This was quite untrue and when we found we had time to visit we were glad we did. To see the treasures from thr Treasury of Atreus from the Mycenae archeological site which we had visited was breathtaking and helped us understand the wonderful work carried out by Heinrich Schliemann and the magnitude of the discovery. We would say this is a "must do" in Athens. We didn't use the audio guide as everything was well documented.

Great to be able to skip the line at the ticket office and go straight to the entrance. It was busy for our 11am booking but no issues and we managed to see everything . We didn't bother with the audio tour. Lots of multi-lingual signs telling you about the important stuff. It's a must do trip for anyone visiting Athens and pre booking is essential.

Easier access to the various sites, especially the acropolis. A little more explanation is needed for the use of tickets outside the acropolis, which requires a timetable reservation. Otherwise, once you understand how it all works, it's great!

Natural Archeological museum is one of the best places to visit. Its remarkable and comprehensive exhibition gives a significant and complex knowledge of ancient greek civilisation. Artifacts, such as golden jewelleries are in excellent condition, thus it's still possible to admire the work of ancient craftsmen. Highly recommended place to visit on Athens

The entrance to the acropolis and the museum were almost perfect, no waiting and no queues. However, the access to the 6 archaeological sites were not easy to redeem, as we had to download another application and the indications were not easy. They also did not correspond to the indicated accesses and we could not enjoy the audio guides to download as indicated on the tickets. The option did not appear. The customer service was quite weak, the chat did not solve anything and by phone several operators did not speak English fluently, much less Spanish so it was difficult to communicate and solve the problem to redeem the other tickets.
