I had the tour at 9:45am on Sunday, and the gentleman at the entrance, as well as the young lady who was our tour guide, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable! In addition, there is the beautiful castle in a beautiful landscape! It was a very nice morning!

Amazing!!! Even if we had audio guide tour the guide who was with us all the time told us about stuff the audio guide didn't. She told us when it started and when we needed to move to next room, she told us about interesting facts beside the audio guide.

Unfortunately, we had to go through the castle very quickly. For the money we could have had another ten minutes to take in the experience
    • Save time with skip-the-line access to the Hohenschwangau Castle, marvel at its 19th-century neo-Gothic grandeur, and explore the royal past of Bavaria.

    • Uncover Hohenschwangau's journey from medieval dwelling to King Ludwig II's summer retreat with a multilingual audio guide.

    • Stroll through beautifully manicured gardens featuring a swan fountain, while enjoying stunning views of Lake Alpsee.

    • Visit the tranquil Chapel of Christ the King, adorned with stained glass windows depicting scenes from King Ludwig II's life.

    • Fun fact: The castle's name Hohenschwangau translates to ‘High Swan County’ – a fitting name given the stunning swan fountain in the gardens.

I thought you could see several rooms and have more time to ask questions. I would have liked a personal tour better because if you don't hold out the audio device and look at something first, you miss a part of it.
