Our tour guide, Gladys, did a fantastic job of sharing her knowledge of Niagara. Due to the season, we weren't able to do the cruise but it was substituted for Niagara takes Flight and I would highly recommend. This was an experience we will never forget and we "flew" through Niagara and the surrounding area and seen the beauty of it all. Great tour and would do it again!

We went during winter so we didn't get to do the actual cruise. But our guide was on time, super knowledgeable and professional, and we were treated to incredible views of the falls both at the lookout points and the tunnels behind the falls. The niagra takes flight was unforgettable as well. An unqualified recommend from us!

Our tour guide, Kevin, was awesome! He knows so much about the area and its history, which made the tour very memorable. We also appreciated that he had photos to illustrate much of the history of the falls. Our boat trip was delayed because of weather, but the tour group re-organized the itinerary so we still got the full experience. Kevin also recommended a pinball arcade for a later part of our anniversary trip, which was a great experience too! Highly recommend the tour and Kevin in particular

Rob was the best tour guide on our winter wonderland day at niagra falls (early November). He provided so much information as he grew up there. The tour itself was wonderful - don't miss the boat ride! As I travelled in early November, there were basically no other tourists there and we could snap photos anywhere and everywhere. The look from behind the waterfall was quite impressive as well. Hard to describe, you have to experience it. Would recommend again, 10/10!

We loved the view of the falls from Skydon, the walk along the falls and the boat cruise close to the falls. We had booked a guided tour but it was in English. It's a shame we weren't offered audio guides in French. No complaints from Li, our guide, who did her best to explain everything to us. This service could be improved

Our tour guide was knowledgeable, fun, and patient. The tour was the perfect combination of Niagara attractions and in a great order to build anticipation. The view from the Dkylon, the walk behind the falls and finally the boat ride. We had an amazing time, everything flowed smoothly, I didn't have to worry about tickets or logistics and could just enjoy. Fantastic experience.

What to bring

Bring along comfortable shoes and a waterproof bag to protect yourself and your belongings from the misty Niagara Falls.

The Hornblower Cruise is not available in winter months and will be replaced by other options based on the tour selected.

Restroom access is limited, so ensure you use the facilities before the tour begins.

No parking is available at the tour meeting point. There are 2 (out of 11 total) main paid parking lots located at Niagara Parkway. Both parking lots are open year-round.

Parking Lot A is the closest to the Falls and is located right next to the Power Station.

Parking Lot B is located at the Floral Showhouse.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour start time. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.

Tip: Nature lovers, stay alert! You might catch a glimpse of a peregrine falcon nesting on the cliffs—these majestic birds dive at speeds over 200 mph!
