If you want to see the Catacombs, try to book from the official Catacombs website first. You would only use a service like Headout if the official website had no more tickets. You pay more for Headout (and other 3rd party vendors), but it serves a purpose if you want a ticket. Secondly, and this is important, we booked a catacombs tour along with a Siene River Cruise tour (in the same booking). You have to get your OWN transportation to the Siene! And when it says "meeting place", no one is there to meet you. Which is fine, but it would have been nice to know that no one is showing up to the "meeting place".

I've done it a few times and always recommend to people visiting Paris. It's truly a unique experience you can't get anywhere else. I typically order direct from catacombs and it's a bit pricier than booking seperatly but the catacombs were already full for the day so this was the best option. Tickets super easy to download and no issues getting in so I'd recommend it for people who need another option.

So pleased I purchased my entry ticket through Head out. Purchased the skip the line ticket. Wasn't waiting to enter for more than 5 minutes. Others who didn't have the skip the line ticket had to wait and there was quite a queue. The catacombs are absolutely fascinating. I was highly recommend to anyone.

Headout was a great company to work with. Had issues with internet and they were fast and eager to help me out with entry tickets. I booked dual excursions, Paris Catacombs and Siene river cruise, and both were so easy to get in to, no issues at all. I would definitely use this company again.

Its an amazing experience but was not clear to us isbthat you would need to walk down many flights of stairs, then back up. This is a problem with those with joint problems like myself. But the experience was still worth it.

The experiences themselves were great and Headout was very accommodating. However, I wish we were provided more details before the event. For instance, we had an issue with the tickets for the catacombs (which was gracefully fixed), but in the moment it was stressful. Also, we were uncertain regarding transport between the two events. Obviously everything was figured out and we had a great time, I just feel like it would have been beneficial to be told straight up that we had to get our transport between activities.

The Catacombs in Paris are an absolute must-visit. However, the QR codes provided by the app didn't allow us to enter the Catacombs. We had to call to get the right tickets. The person on the phone didn't understand what we were saying. On the bright side, we did manage to get our tickets.
