I purchased this ticket for Royale Palace Madrid. I was denied entry to Royale Palace at the entrance because guard said this ticket not for Royale Palace. I called Headout asking for refund but my request was denied. Headout booking information and details written on tickets are misleading. Headout agent said only can refund me 25 percent of ticket price into credit wallet. But I asked for credit back as cash into my credit card. No response from Headout.

As a musician, discovering that the Royal Palace of Madrid has a beautiful quartet of Stradivarius instruments as well as a 1692 Amati double bass was a huge surprise. They are absolutely stunning and in beautiful condition. It's well worth the price of admission to see these gorgeous instruments as well as the stunning interior rooms and artwork inside the Palace.

Visit was almost perfect, even taking into account waves of tourists around me. One thing marred my experience: my bag was locked in the locker and it was impossible to open it. Personel was friendly, by I had to wait about one hour for a specialist to come, reset the locker and open it.

Purchasing and using it is quick via the app. Unfortunately, however, in my case, the queue-jumping feature was useless because there was only one queue, so I could have saved myself those 10 euros or so.
