I had visited the castle on a very busy day. The staff dealt the crowd in a polite manner and handled the crowd just like a cake walk. This really shows their presence of mind and take a situation based decision. Handling such crowds is not an easy task. Next, is at the ticket counter. The lady at the counter always wore a smile on her face and treated every one as per their needs. She also put in effort to listen to what the visitors have to say. This really shows the patience level. The overall organization was really great. Thanks to the wonderful team. Keep up the good work.

i had an unexpected cancellation of non-headout excursion just a day before it, so i tried to rearrange my schedule and headout was the comoany that gave me a chance to do it - edinburgh castle was sold on its own site, but headout had tickets for practically same money and saved my day. As for the castle itself -view from the castle wall is almost as stunnung as fortress history (including unexpected castle holders beside british and scots)

The Castle visit was wonderful. However, the ticket was not initialy accepted at the castle. There seems to be a dispute between the castle and Headout. Ultimately the Castle did allow us in, however this has to be worked out between Headout and the Castle.

It's a great castle and you have a great view over edinburgh from up there. The only downside was that I got the wrong ticket from headout, and had a long call with the AI before I could enter. But that is not the fault of the castle.

The day we went there were many people, so they made us wait for the change of tickets, the bad thing is that it was raining.
