⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The experience at the Eiffel Tower was wonderful. The guide was the best of all: super friendly, he explained to us in English and French, and even tried to speak to us in Spanish! We really appreciated that detail and it made us feel very welcome. We went up to the second floor (with the option to go down to the first floor as well) and were able to enjoy the incredible views and the history that the guide told us. Then, later in the day, we enjoyed the boat ride on the Seine River. The best thing is that this ticket is flexible: you can use it anytime within the next six months, which gives a lot of freedom to organize the visit. Everything was perfectly organized. All in all, an unforgettable experience and highly recommended.

The guides were very helpful and provided useful information and interesting anecdotes. Unfortunately the summit closed while we were waiting in line. We were advised to get in touch with Headoit to get a partial refund, still waiting for their response. It's important to note that the security lines are long and these tickets won't let you skip the queue. It also doesn't guarantee access to the summit if while you are waiting to get through the security, the capacity fills up.

Highlight was going up to the summit. Views were fantastic. Guide was knowledgeable and concerned all the people kept together. It was crowded but I expected that. Wait times were fairly long, no fault of the guide. There is a once every 25 year religious "Jubilee" in Europe this year so crowds are crazy. I experienced this in Rome so wasn't surprised. Just be prepared for crowds and you won't be upset.
