We went to visit Pompeii! When we arrived, it was easy to get to the audio-guide kiosk because it was well signposted, and the line cutter was much appreciated because it was so busy at the entrance. The audio-guide we were given was very easy to use, and the explanations of the sites were generous and interesting. A beautiful day in Pompeii, a magnificent site, mysterious with its timeless beauty. Thank you 🤩

I know that August is a busy month and that working in tourism is hard (I was myself a tour guide for several years in a really busy city), still... would be nice to get a smile and clear info from the audio guide desk. Pompeii is wonderful and magical, just disappointed with the entrance team even if I know that they are tired. Also: I paid for two audio guides and one wasn't working, neither were them checked before or after.

Pompei is an experience in itself, but with a guide it comes more alive. You get to hear interesting facts and anecdotes that you won't find without a guide. The venue was not well described. It would help if a photo of the entrance to the office could be included. We were 4 hours late due to train delays! Yet we were still able to join another group. Top Contact was via WhatsApp.

Magnificent, clean, you can project yourself back in time, water fountains much appreciated, you can spend a lot of time, you should allow 4 hours. Ticket with audioguide, avoids queuing for tickets, important at 9 a.m., there was no one left at 1 p.m.

I recommend the pompei ticket with audio guide. Very little waiting at the ticket office. The audio system is a mini individual box, you type the number displayed on the panels as you visit and the explanation scrolls. Everything is clear and audible. A few comments: - it was over 30°C, and despite the sea air, it's a real furnace. There are water fountains where you can cool off and refuel free of charge. But we were exhausted all the same. - explain in more detail where the ticket office is located. - give more details on where to park your car.
