We waited a long time to get to our boat. There was water and dried flowers on the tables, they called it a "cover charge" and at the very end of the trip they asked us to pay extra for it. We also had to pay extra to get chicken schnitzel instead of pork, even though it was not mentioned anywhere in advance.

A magnificent journey along the Danube Canal! Winter sun playing between the branches of the venerable trees lining the canal. The staff were pleasant and helpful! We had a delicious, hot wienerschnitzel! A highlight of our trip!

It was a great experience, I enjoyed it, but I have 2 comments to improve this experience for all people in future. 1- We need an employee from your side at meeting point as a receptionist for the guests specially for forigners and new comers to Vieanna (like Me), to know that we reached the right place or not, also to let us know where to get our tickets (as I booked online). 2- There weren't enough places on deck, and that made some old people to stand for long time, so I believe this can be managed from the number of bookings. Thanks a lot for making my first cruise here in europe unforgetable, I'll book another trip soon.

It's very good trip but I booked two tickets of 2 hours tour but the cruise return after ten minutes past hour from the departure time. Generally I will not book in same cruise again.
