It was a great experience, I enjoyed it, but I have 2 comments to improve this experience for all people in future. 1- We need an employee from your side at meeting point as a receptionist for the guests specially for forigners and new comers to Vieanna (like Me), to know that we reached the right place or not, also to let us know where to get our tickets (as I booked online). 2- There weren't enough places on deck, and that made some old people to stand for long time, so I believe this can be managed from the number of bookings. Thanks a lot for making my first cruise here in europe unforgetable, I'll book another trip soon.

The tour was very nice, and the explanations of the sights were also sufficient. Only the location of the ticket counter could be explained a little better. It was not clear to me on the internet. Only at the landing stage could we see that we had to walk up the stairs to the ticket office.

Welcomed by friendly staff, we were allowed to take a seat in an airy covered area on deck. We relaxed and let the, for the most part, beautiful banks pass us by. We enjoyed a delicious ice chocolate at moderate prices. We would have appreciated a little more information about the surrounding area, which was a little lacking. All in all, a successful excursion.

We cruised a short distance up the Danube Canal. I thought we would cruise along the Danube proper, so I was disappointed. The food was too salty to eat, and I had ordered the lunch/dinner option.
