I really enjoyed the view of the Danube and its banks, the apple strudel, and the delicious hot chocolate. My boyfriend and I also watched the sunset, and suddenly the city lit up! In short, it was a magical cruise, a unique experience that I would love to repeat!

Sure, there were a lot of passengers, and for a moment it seemed like she was overwhelmed. Other than that, it was great. Thank you.

We waited a long time to get to our boat. There was water and dried flowers on the tables, they called it a "cover charge" and at the very end of the trip they asked us to pay extra for it. We also had to pay extra to get chicken schnitzel instead of pork, even though it was not mentioned anywhere in advance.

A magnificent journey along the Danube Canal! Winter sun playing between the branches of the venerable trees lining the canal. The staff were pleasant and helpful! We had a delicious, hot wienerschnitzel! A highlight of our trip!

The sightseeing tour on the Danube wasn’t just scenic—it was also a real culinary treat. I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the food on board, which was far better than what you’d typically expect on a sightseeing cruise. The pumpkin cream soup was a great start. It arrived at the table nice and hot, had a wonderfully creamy consistency, and a well-balanced flavor. You could really taste the pumpkin without it being too sweet, and the subtle seasoning rounded it all off perfectly. You could tell that they didn’t just use a standard soup base here, but that it was fresh and carefully prepared. 🥣 For the main course, we had pork in beer sauce with bacon spaetzle. The meat was beautifully tender and juicy, cut easily, and wasn’t dry. The beer sauce paired perfectly with it—hearty, slightly malty, and pleasantly spicy, without being too heavy. The bacon spaetzle deserve special mention: light and fluffy, well-seasoned, and with just the right amount of bacon, which gave the dish an extra, hearty touch. Everything came together in perfect harmony and was truly satisfying. 🍽️ The presentation was also neat and appetizing, and the service on board was friendly and efficient. While we comfortably enjoyed the view of the Danube, the food was served in a relaxed manner, which made the entire experience very pleasant. Overall, the food was surprisingly high-quality and definitely a highlight of the entire sightseeing tour. A clear recommendation for anyone who wants to not only enjoy the view but also have a good meal. 😊

A new and comfortable boat, with friendly and helpful crew members. The boat was spotlessly clean. I had expected to cruise on the Danube, but we actually cruised on a parallel canal. This "detail" wasn't mentioned in the booking.
