Using the Headout app was easy. The trams have WiFi, so there is no problem pulling up the tickets. The app also stores the tickets for you, just in case! The tram was easy to use, I would definitely recommend if you are traveling fro the airport to the city center.

Easy to use. Just jump on. One thing is that on the pdf tickets there isn't a qr code so it does leave you wondering If you need to have something to scan as the important info makes it look like you need a code to scan also when jumping on the tram

Great that you could have it in an app and have access straight away. My only issue was that it says to scan a QR code which didn't seem to appear on my ticket so slightly confused by this ?! Apart from that all good 👍🏼

Clean on time I would say perfect and very comfortable great price I was lucky the bus stop in front of the hotel maybe the docks are a bit to review since they are open and do not shelter you much from the rain that in Edinburgh is always present

Tram was easy but your instructions to use the ticket talked about bar codes- not on the ticket or to go to a validation point..l the lady at the tram gate was very helpful but please make the instructions clear- just use this ticket on the tram with nothing else to do !
