The app didn't send us to the right place for the bus departure at castello! The welcome was very warm and everything was easy to understand. The bus is never cleaned during the day, so at the end of the afternoon it's a dustbin. In one day, you can do all 3 lines, otherwise it's one line a day with a few stops.

Train was easy to find. The journeys were very relaxed. What was missing was information about which stop was next. Especially if you are traveling for the first time it is difficult to know when to get off. Fortunately, other passengers were very helpful.

It was nice but it would be better if the bus was a bit slower so there are time for the tourist to feel the beauty of its location. The location and the audio should be match. So the people on board can see what they hear from the audio.

Despite a train strike and some disruption I arrived at Milan Centrale only 15 minutes or so later than expected. Instructions at the stations needed some help in translation but commuters were all friendly and helpful.

Seeing the city. They need to go back to human guides, the audio didn't work in at least 5 seats!!! Also, with traffic, the audio gets ahead or behind and descriptions are missed. In person guiding MUCH better, so make the improvement, others on the bus felt the same way.

Malpensa Express is located under Terminal 1, a few minutes walk from the arrivals area, located on the ground floor, while all areas needed for departures are located on the first floor. Milan Central station is the main interchange with all public transport services and lines to cities like Rome, Florence, Bologna, Venice, Naples, and Salerno.
