Regarding the tour to the Temple of Poseidon. It is beautiful, it is worth to get this pack to see it. It is in the afternoon of course, but seeing the temple and the views is beautiful. It made me fall in love with Greece even more. The tour guide was very nice, charming at all times and super patient with all travelers. He was always looking out for us. Regarding the Parthenon it is a must see, you can't leave Athens without seeing it before. The organization is not bad, but it is better to go in advance. We did not have to wait in line, but I imagine that if you go in high season things change. I hope you find my review useful, I wish you a good trip 😊

The whole experience was mind blowing so much history and the view is picturesque. I highly recommend going early in the morning. We took the 8 am tickets and by 9 am the sun was scorching. The booking with headput was easy. However I think the instruction for the Acropolis should simply mention redemption tickets at main entrance rather than south slope as even our taxi driver had no idea about south slope. We met other people that had booked with headput and they found it confusing too. Other then that I recommend headput and a visit to the Acropolis for sure!

Obviously one of the most famous places in the world and it was beautiful! We loved being able to explore the Acropolis as well as the city using the hop on/off bus tour! Having the tickets in advance allowed us to not have to wait in the full line but just for entrance which was very nice on a hot day! The bus was a fun way to see the city. This specific line also allowed two different routes - to the port of Piraeus and a beach line. We enjoyed using it to get around for the 48 hours in place of / partnership with public transit! Would recommend.

The history of the place, it's amazing. I loved the buildings, the nature, the view from there to the city, the sense of timelessness.

The amazing ancient buildings. They were used for about 1000 years. The ruins at the base of the Acropolis were interesting.

Pre-booking the tickets is an absolute must. When we arrived early in the morning, the lineup for tickets was ready snaking down the sidewalk. We just walked up with our e-tickets and strolled in. We were able to tour the entire Acoprolis at our leisure and stay as long as we wanted. It is well labelled, the audio guide is thorough and we truly enjoyed this once in a lifetime experience.
