The timing and schedule were met, the time of the Pic up was anticipated as it was indicated among the possibilities, this was an advantage because it allowed for the afternoon to be free and to enjoy the visit in the cool morning, a more collected time, with beautiful light. Thank you!Connor

Everything, from start to finish it was a really good, educational experience. The tour guides (especially Suzanna (not sure on spelling) was exceptional! Everything was clear, loads of interesting information and was really helpful. I couldn't of asked for a more polite, educating and helpful person.Richard

Our guide Mario and driver Joe were fantastic. Mario provided a wealth of information in a way appropriate to the memorials visited. He was patient and thoughtful of all participants. The memorials themselves were solemn and well worthwhile seeing to observe the hate of the past. It's not the type of tour we would do again, but we are very glad we took the opportunity to do the tour, and thankful for our guide Mario, who also offered advice and recommendations of books from the Birhenau book shops.Mireia
