Even though the tour was brought forward from 11 a.m. to 8 a.m., the organization was very good overall. Everything went smoothly. Our tour guide spoke very good German and explained a lot and also answered questions. The 3:30h tour goes by quickly and is a bit superficial. There is little time to look at things in peace. You would have to book one of the longer tours for that. Overall, it was a very good experience (despite all the terrible things we saw and heard)

An experience rich in emotions. Friendly guide and everything went very smoothly. The only downside: our visit scheduled for 10am was moved to 3:30pm. This was written into the sales conditions, but it was a real inconvenience given our schedule.

Your ticket includes a fast-track entry into both Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II–Birkenau, bypassing the long queues. With headsets provided for an immersive auditory experience, you are set to delve deep into the Holocaust's harrowing history. Between the tour of Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II–Birkenau, there will be a 10-15 minute break for lunch, after which you will board a bus for the second part of the visit.
