Everything was very well organized from departure to arrival. The driver kept us on track all the way. He didn't speak French, but his English was very understandable. The tour was well timed, leaving Krakow at 9.15am and returning around 4.30pm. Our guide, Theresa, spoke excellent French, had no trouble understanding us and was always ready to listen to our questions. The visit to both camps went very well, even though the many groups and other visitors were beginning to pour in. We had the opportunity to listen to the visit of other French people the next day, who were not at all satisfied (up at 4am, numerous bus changes, late return...). In short, we'd recommend the tour, as you "just have to let yourself be guided" to get the most out of the explanations.

The transportation to Auschwitz was very punctual, although they changed the pick up time twice it did not change our plans much since it was an hour difference. The driver explained all the planning in detail and we made a stop at a gas station before to go to the bathroom and have a drink, since the museum would be more crowded and there are no cafes. The guide took a group of about 30 people, but we used headphones, so the information was not lost. It is true that it is a very fast tour as you have to see a lot in a short time but you don't miss any detail. My only recommendation is to have a good breakfast before going and bring a quick snack to fill you up, as there are no long breaks to eat properly at lunchtime.

We were taken care of from start to finish, with time to shop after the tour if we wished. Our guide was very good and spoke very, very good French. A minor problem with the bus pick-up at the beginning. Once we arrived at the meeting point, we were given no instructions or information to help us identify our bus. Because yes, the meeting points are used by other groups who are also going to the same place. Once the bus arrived, our names were called, but I would have liked to have been able to identify it or to have been warned of its arrival, on time or delayed.

Even though the tour was brought forward from 11 a.m. to 8 a.m., the organization was very good overall. Everything went smoothly. Our tour guide spoke very good German and explained a lot and also answered questions. The 3:30h tour goes by quickly and is a bit superficial. There is little time to look at things in peace. You would have to book one of the longer tours for that. Overall, it was a very good experience (despite all the terrible things we saw and heard)

The guide. She was awesome. Her voice tone, her knowledge and sentimental soul added a lot to this trip. Everyone should go and see what happened in the history. Everyone should feel and understand.

An experience rich in emotions. Friendly guide and everything went very smoothly. The only downside: our visit scheduled for 10am was moved to 3:30pm. This was written into the sales conditions, but it was a real inconvenience given our schedule.

A place that should be visited at least once in a lifetime. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave a detailed account of what was seen in the death camps. It remains a strong image in the mind and heart
