We appreciated the speed with which we got on the train. On the other hand, we had 4 tickets and ended up with only 3 as my husband fell ill that morning and couldn't come. I mentioned this to the ticket inspector but he didn't react! I think a gesture on your part would have been good publicity and would have shown your courtesy, as this event was beyond our control and I'm very sorry. was beyond our control and I'm sorry I lost that money.
