After the disappointment of the Alcazar tour being fully booked up on our short visit to Seville, we were more than impressed by the tour of the Cathedral and La Giralda. We didn't have to queue which was great. A lot of people on the tour of the Giralda (wouldn't like to be there in summer season !). The cathedral was amazing and we were more than impressed by all the amazing workmanship and architecture. Well worth a visit. Give yourself plenty of time to view it all.

Well organized, easy to find before the tour. Very good value for money. Interesting comments, we didn't see the hour go by! Tour ends at the tower, so you can enjoy it exactly as you like. And you can continue strolling around the cathedral if you like. A magnificent visit, well worth the effort!

Buying tickets online is simple and straightforward. One thing I would suggest is to put information about opening hours at the entrance to the Giralda, because we arrived at the entrance and it was closed, but it wasn't clear whether it would open or at what time. So we waited there, but we weren't sure if the entrance was somewhere else.

A bit difficult to find the right group in the crowd but the agents were very helpful and even called us although we were in place. All worked well and the process to get in was really smooth. The guide was very clear and gave us the important info, always with a smile.

The Headout app worked fine, but the experience at the cathedral was subpar. There was a lot of chaos, with people moving in all directions and very little assistance or clear guidance. The entry queue was long, and extensive renovation work added to the inconvenience. Overall, it was a less-than-satisfactory experience. Additionally, although my ticket mentioned an audio guide, the staff at the venue informed us that our tickets did not include the audio guide service.

Very easy reservation and very clear meeting point. We immediately located the guide who led us first to the Cathedral (skipping the whole line) and then to the Giralda. Jesus was great and very clear in his explanation in English. Excellent experience that I recommend to everyone.
