Show your voucher and enter the high-speed multimedia elevator, which whisks you up 74 floors in just 50 seconds. You’ll arrive at the Indoor Observatory with floor-to-ceiling windows and detailed city guides.

Professional photographic equipment, video cameras, recording devices, tripods, selfie sticks, lights, and similar gear are not allowed without prior approval from Mahanakhon SkyWalk Bangkok management.

The venue is wheelchair accessible and allows assistance dogs to accompany you. It also has accessible toilets. Please inform the management up front if your service dog is coming along.

Mahanakhon features high-speed elevator rides and views from 300m above. This experience might not be suitable for people with claustrophobia or acrophobia.

If guests are unable to access the rooftop on the 78th floor due to rain after visiting the indoor observatory on the 74th floor, they may request re-entry at the Ticketing Counter (Lobby). Please note that refunds will not be issued.
