The Eiffel Tower tour guide was excellent & a special mention to our guide "Hendrick" who was professional/ very informative & had a great sense of humour. I personally thought he helped to pass the time queing & made the whole experience a joy ***** 5 stars from me & my daughter. The hop on hop off Tootbus was again a great means to see all the treasures of Paris & with the audio information made it even better, again ***** 5 stars 👍 Thank you 🤩

The frequency of buses was great - we never waited more than 5 minutes to hop on a bus
We didn't like the bus with the roof on the top - unfortunately we hopped on two of them not realising the roof was covered - it was very hot with the sun beaming down through the roof

Generally a nice idea. But we couldn't use every bus. A lot of packaging waste because of the headphones. This could be solved differently. Only headphones with an aux connection can be used. The bus was dirty. The translation stuttered and the pitch was very unpleasant.Nele

We used the german aufioguide and it seemed super artificial and the way the fact were told it also seemed unnatural. It would be nicer, if they just tell you the fact, without trying to sound like a friend.
