If I had to choose just one unforgettable experience from our trip to Japan, it would be Tokyo DisneySea. Traveling with three children, including a baby, can sometimes be challenging, but DisneySea made everything feel magical. From the moment we entered the park, we were amazed by the stunning scenery, incredible attention to detail, and the kindness of every cast member we met. Fantasy Springs was absolutely breathtaking and felt like stepping into a real fairy tale. Watching the excitement on our children’s faces was priceless. Every ride, show, and themed area created memories that our family will cherish forever. We’ve visited many attractions around the world, but DisneySea truly stands in a class of its own. It wasn’t just a theme park visit—it was a magical family experience that brought us closer together and became the highlight of our entire vacation. It was easy to book through the website, with clear guides. It could be a little more mobile friendly, and the processing time is a little long, but otherwise a good experience.

I arrived before gates open and was met with a crowed entry. Show up more than 2 hours before open if you want to be the first in. Disney premiere access (DPA) are front of the line passes for select attractions, these are an additional cost per person only purchased after entry to park. Try to get one or two to save your day.

So, my daughter, her friend and I acciendetally booked THREE times just for MY daughter's ticket. Reason being was they keep declining my daughter's card while she was in Japan. She called me to do it for her and so did i.. her friend was trying for her too.. all 3 got booked. I called Headout as soon as I found out that she was able to booked and trying to cancel my purchased within 5mins! Chat bot told me it's not cancellable but can give me 25% credit on the next visit and can be use within a year... I do not need credit i live in US and my daughter is on a school field trip in Japan for a week and decided to visit Tokyo Disney. I asked to speak to an agent who i thought was helpful all she said was "oh, i am going to email you after 15mins about this" no email was received it has been 2 days. NO REFUND on the 2 tickets either (from what i booked and from what her friend booked!) so, 2 tickets to Tokyo Disney for the 30th March amounting to $123 gone to waste. They should have a cancellation policy within 24 hrs.l at no cost... DO NOT book from this company!
