Although the ticket called for 15 minutes per tiger type, when we arrive at the site we are told it is 10 minutes. All in all, it is a good experience to have. When you go to convert the vaucher at the ticket office, you have the option to add or change the reservation by entering sizes as well. It is better to buy tickets directly at the facility if you are around there and make the reservation: if they have space they will let you in right away

It was an amazing experience seeing and petting the tigers but we didn't get 15 min each with the tigers it was like maybe 5-10 min each tiger MAYBE. It felt very rushed which was kinda a bummer for what we paid. I would definitely come back though if we got more time or got to see more tigers for what we paid.

You sell more expensive tickets than on site. The tigers are asleep, in small cages, and the cubs are forced to lie on their sides without moving, poor creatures.

The animals are majestic. And it really was a unique experience. The only downside was that I think some of the animals may have been sedated as many were asleep.
