What a wonderful tour of the fairytale castle! Our guide Stephen was terrific and extremely knowledgeable. The bus ride, short hike, trip to the bridge, and then tour it through the castle. We're all wonderful. Highly recommend!

I had the tour at 9:45am on Sunday, and the gentleman at the entrance, as well as the young lady who was our tour guide, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable! In addition, there is the beautiful castle in a beautiful landscape! It was a very nice morning!

Liked combination of domestic underwater life and worldwide species. Inscriptions/explanations on tv-screens changed sometimes too fast. Environmental informations very welcome! Overall a good place to go.

The visit is well organized and is a good complement to the city tour. However, the audio on the bus is not good and is not well understood. It would be nice to have it in Spanish. The time left to see the museum is short.
