The experience was unforgettable. The aura in the castle was specific but not heavy, castle was in Amazon condition and visiting the castle was very interesting. In my opinion the torture room was the most interesting, the pictures of these were very touching. I'd recommend it everyone and i can't wait to repeat this experience.

I didn’t have to buy a ticket at the counter or from a machine and could go straight to the exit. I was also sure that I would be admitted at a specific time, even if there were a lot of people. The purchase gave me a sense of calm and good organization, which meant no stress and the ability to fully enjoy the experience of visiting the castle.

The tour started with a slight hiccup, as the app states that the meeting point is at the gate. There’s a map and a photo attached. A dozen or so people were waiting there, and no one came to meet us. It turned out we were supposed to go inside and start the tour there. Please correct this in the app, as many people are waiting unnecessarily and getting nervous. The tour was really very interesting; we were able to visit several rooms, halls, and conference rooms. The guide was very polite and spoke English well. We learned a lot about the palace, its functions, and the work that goes on there. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bucharest.

We really enjoyed our visit at the palace. The tour guide Ilana was out of this world and her sense of humor made the visit so nice! Her explanations were very interesting and thorough and she answered all questions patiently. It's definitely a place you must visit if you visit Bucharest.

A fast, intuitive, and easy-to-use app—tickets arrive instantly. This is the second time I’ve used it, and I haven’t had any issues at all. There are plenty of activities to choose from based on your destination, and the prices are reasonable.

I recommend the app. I bought the whole spa package to enjoy a full day. After all, if you don't like saunas, I don't recommend the Elysium package; just get Las Palmas. Massages are not included but are available separately and are often fully booked. I recommend checking the program so you can stay up to date on activities. You can reserve a bathrobe and shoes there, and the food isn't too expensive, so if you're traveling with hand luggage, don't worry. Finally, go at 10:00 a.m. before it opens so you can enjoy the whole day until evening, avoid long lines, and find a sunbed.

Great organization with the wristbands and the different areas, but the layout of the sunbeds was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. BY 10 A.M. THERE WERE NO FREE SUNBEDS LEFT—THEY WERE ALL TAKEN BY TOWELS BELONGING TO PEOPLE WHO HAD BEEN IN THE WATER FOR HOURS. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT

Everything was wonderful, organized down to the smallest detail. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Elena was our Italian-speaking guide, and she was truly the best—congratulations. Unfortunately, I don't remember the driver's name, but he was also excellent.
