We really enjoyed the Tour! The boat was well-maintained and really comfortable. The service was great – and our captain was just amazing: super friendly, happy to answer any questions, and he shared lots of interesting little details on top of the audio tour that we wouldn’t have noticed otherwise. We’d definitely do it again and can wholeheartedly recommend it!

The flight. It was not great because we were already tired it was the end of the day after walking a lot to see Amsterdam and we forgot to pick up photos being last shift ,I wrote an email as soon as I realized with the ticket number to send me the photos by mail by wasa buy them or whatever , and we called and they told us that if by phone, and then they replied to the mail that it was impossible that they deleted them, so a shame because I wanted to have those photos as a souvenir. The choice of route, the very friendly staff, the sale of drinks on board and the audio guide via smartphone app (avoiding electronic waste with "disposable headphones"). One star deduction because of the occasional interruptions in the audio translation, at least in the German language, and the lack of loudspeakers in the rear outside area of the boat, which is why the additional explanations spoken by the captain over the microphone for the audio tour were not understood outside.
