What to expect

Kagami-biraki sake ceremony: Start with Kagami-biraki, a traditional sake barrel-opening ceremony often associated with celebrations and new beginnings. Join the group in chanting "Yoisho!" before raising a toast with sake. Non-alcoholic options are available.

Learn the art of nigiri sushi: Under the guidance of an experienced sushi instructor, discover the fundamentals of nigiri sushi-making. Learn how to prepare rice, handle toppings, and assemble sushi using techniques practised by Japanese chefs. You'll create 6 to 10 pieces of sushi during the session.
