The visits went well.
The email to send tickets did not work properly, we received them only after contacting the call center.
Entrances to the muses were quick.

Got tickets, 10 minutes away from the cathedral, no waiting time, cathedral, Doge's Palace and prison are well worth seeing. The only problem is that if you listen to the audio guide, you can't take photos at the same time, the audio guide switches off every time.

Great experience from the 3d viewer to the boat trip !
The islands were excellent and staff knowledgeable and friendly .
