It was a very well planned trip! Our tour guide Brewski was excellent! He has a great sense of humour and though we were not lucky enough tonsee Mt. Fuji as it was covered in clouds, he made sure that the trip was still great!

A superb excursion!
It was a great time from start to finish. Betty, our guide, was wonderful: passionate, attentive and always smiling. The driver was also top-notch, very helpful and caring throughout the day.
We felt really well looked after, in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
I'd recommend this excursion 1000 times over - you can go with your eyes closed! Thanks again to the whole team 😊

Was a great day. Weather was kind to us so we got a great view of Mt Fuji. Kazu was a great guide. He was very organised, attentive to everyone’s needs and kept everyone on time, in the right locations and up to date with the itinerary and instructions. The trip included all stops exactly as described and just enough time to see without lingering. If you only have a day, this tour fits a lot in given the distances you need to cover.
Don't forget to take something warm. Was only 10 degrees at Mt Fuji and also cold and windy at the Ropeway and boat rides.

So far so good but there was a little hassle in the beginning when I went to the JR station to exchange the email receipt with the Hokkaido rail pass. The staff found that the same name was printed for all 3 tickets even though I have emailed the names of all 3 passengers so she had to call the JR main office to confirm before printing it out which took quite some time and caused a delay in our itinerary.

I got to see the iconic Mt Fuji on a beautiful sunny cloudless day which often is not possible. I also very much enjoyed the onsen experience In addition our tour guide LanerJin was excellent and provided good commentary and advice

Thank you very much for the whole organisation. I appreciated the fact that you contacted me by whatsapp one day before. We loved the stops and all the places we visited. We would appreciate a bit more of guide information from your part concerning the places we visited. We would appreciate to stop for lunch in a better location, there were some not far.
