The tour was very well conducted by the guide/driver Erin. An excellent professional. Vast knowledge of everything. The bus, however, we found the seats cramped and lacking recline for very long journeys, which made the trip quite tiring.

Ted, our guide was great. Very informative, friendly and easy to talk to. We were with a lady who has limited mobility and she was looked after extremely well. She was made to feel very comfortable and enjoyed the tour immensely.

Casper was a LEGEND – so many cool facts about the Pinnacles. Desert walk was hot but worth it for the views. Lobster shack was crowded but efficient. Good value for a full day out.

I loved the sound, acoustics and the stage effects and the talented actors and the singing and dancing . It was fantastic glad we went and took our family member over from Florida on holidays also

The food was mostly good, except that the chicken was overcooked and therefore dry. The music was good to begin with but became a little too loud later on for us to have a conversation without yelling.
