Wahat a great site to visit Was an experience to visit this historical site Easy to obtain vouchers from the office which you then had to stand in a queue and await the vouchers to be exchanged for tickets Audio guides were ok worked intermittent Overall expense was good !!

First of all, thank you for this day. Even though it's over 600km from Rome, it was worth every effort. Seeing Pompeii is a highlight. Superbly preserved, you get a wonderful insight into Roman life. Via Appia Antica is an orphan compared to the roads here. The paintings are also very well preserved. The funniest thing we found was the 90 fast food stations for local residents. At first we were worried that we would only see a small corner in the two hours. But our local guide had a great route and we were able to see a lot. Vesuvius was much more stressful afterwards. You are chased up the mountain on a full stomach and have to be back down at a certain time. I can say one thing. We're not the least fit, but it was close. We were two minutes late. One criticism in passing. The restaurant for the toilet break is outrageously overpriced. From time to time the trip feels like a coffee run. But let's put that to one side, you can decide against it and not buy anything. The day was great and we would book it again and again.

Online ticketing was easy but I had trouble finding the number 7 bus stop. It was a Sunday so the kiosk on the piazza was closed. I enjoyed the coastal views from line b

Poly and Francesco were great. It was great expirience, fun stories, great knowlege from Poly. We are waiting for her to come to Bosnia to meet our friend Zlatan! Best regards, Zlatan's friends!

The tour is very authentic. Alessandro has a very broad knowledge and organizes the tour with wit and passion. I can highly recommend it!

So, I bought it so that I would have less stress. Activation was good. When using it, I always needed internet to log in, every 5 minutes the system kicked me out. There was no connection in the subway. Museums were not all included, so I accidentally spent the 3 museum credits. Public transport was included, but I couldn't go straight into the subway, I had to report to an employee every time and he let me in (out of pity). The need for improvement is there

The organization of the port isn't the best, but Snav's service is excellent. On the way back, we wanted to bring our timetable forward and we were allowed without any bureaucracy.

It was easy to use and install, and worked perfectly while I was in Sydney for the week. No issues and easy to turn off when we returned to NZ. Would definitely use again.
