Great experience all around with Head out. Once we booked the tickets, we were sent very simple instructions of where to go on the day. We met at the meeting point and we were able to skip the crazy long line for people without tickets. We waited about 10 mins for the security check and then we were in! Thanks so much !

Already being there is memorable. It was raining inside, the best was dripping from the roof ,blocked the staircase formed a long queue for the elevator. It is the Uffizi, it must not drip inside and you have to find quicker solutions, to dry 2 drops.
Amazing place as always otherwise. 6 time for me mao disappointed

Giordano was a super friendly and motivated guide, who told us a lot about Pisa and Tuscany, and other places worth mentioning there, and also gave us special tips. The whole thing in fluent English, Spanish and also a little German :) Thanks also to bus driver Giovanni!

We had to go to the city information office and they helped us and gave us quick and easy access to their buses.

The museum and crypt are a must see. Great to have everything included on the one ticket. The audio guide was also excellent and having it on your phone was a step above. Shame it didn't encompass everything on the ticket.
