Lovely spa clean and organized. Extreemly disappointed that NO treatment options were available by 11 am and online bookings not accepted. Im sure tis not the 1st time they have heard the complaint..its been constantly in reviews. That said a system should be implemented that allows either some online booking or releases some treatment space hourly.

Inside of the place is extremely beautiful but unfortunately staff is very rude! And also there was a glitch in the system they couldn't take the payment so time run out they made pay all the customers extra amount which was not even customers problem. It's better they pay back the amount they've overcharged because their system was down!

The spa was wonderful, huge, there were a lot of people but I didn't feel overwhelmed , it still felt good, the drinks by the pool exceptional, we had to queue for an hour at the entrance despite having reservations but there was indeed a very high turnout.

All very nice. Only flaw the disorganization refreshment area because of the long waiting line and you have to remember the entrance time so you don't have surcharges at the exit.

Swimsuit, towel, and clean flip-flops are required for entry to the spa.

What’s not allowed

Children under 14 years are only allowed in the Galaxy Zone and must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests with heart conditions or other serious medical issues are not allowed to participate.

Entry is prohibited for guests with open wounds, rashes, contagious conditions, or those under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
