We used headout for Malaysia tour. All the attraction bookings were done seamlessly. We also got confirmed tickets within 2hrs. Great combo deals available on headout. Would recommend the headout for booking various attractions and events.

Weather is great. Most of the rides were made available and kids of age about 12 above could enjoy it. Some ride has to be put to stop for safety reasons due to weather conditions. Virtual que is a good choice.

The ticketing website was easy to navigate and order tickets. Once at the park, entrance was smooth and without issues by using the QR code. The park itself was a very nice experience.

Not all rides were operating on 26/7/2023. A bit disappointed not so many rides. Then others like the roller coaster had to wait for 75 min....too long had to abandon too late.

During prolonged periods of inclement weather, Genting SkyWorlds ‘Rainy Day Guarantee’ will be activated, offering a FREE return visit on selected dates within 12 months of your original visit. However, should it rain on your return visit, tickets will not be transferable and no further free visits will be offered.
