Belvedere Palace was one of the highlights of my visit to Vienna. The palace itself is stunning, with beautiful Baroque architecture and well-maintained gardens that are perfect for a relaxing walk. It worked out great. No lines at the ticket counter. We were able to walk right in. We got there first thing in the morning—it’s naturally less crowded then—but that just meant we could enjoy the Ferris wheel all to ourselves. All we had to do was hold up our phone with the code as we entered, and we were in. The Ferris wheel is one of many landmarks and is definitely worth a visit. It worked out great with Headout.

With this ticket, skip the line to the ticket counter/box office and head straight to the museum entrance!

Rental fees: Permanent collection tour €5.00, Austrian sign language multimedia guide permanent collection € 2.00.

For reasons of hygiene, please use personal headphones (standard 3.5 mm connection). As an alternative, disposable headphones are provided.

The parking lot for people with disabilities is located right next to the entrance gate of the Upper Belvedere, Prinz Eugen-Straße 27.

Note: With your time slot ticket you book a fixed access time to the museum. The duration of your stay is unlimited.

The Upper Belvedere's north and west facades are set to undergo renovations from April 2024. Scaffolding will be disguised with a net replicating the facade. The entrance and access to the venue will remain unaffected.
