Everything went smoothly and according to plan—from the initial idea to visit and buying the ticket, right through to touring the exhibition and the building itself. The emails I received from you throughout the process were very helpful and pleasant. Gustav Klimt—another dream fulfilled. Thank you for being a part of it. See you at future events like this! :)

We got there before 10 o'clock, and there were just a reasonable number of people there. An hour later, we would have ended up with a crowd. The Klimt collection is magnificent, but there are many other noteworthy paintings. We loved the Herman de Vries Lavender exhibit too. The Botanical Garden is huge and very relaxing.

Entrance to the palace was highly well organized by time slots. Easy and clear. Getting the tickets was simple through Headout website. I received friendly reminders about the visit and schedule. This was quite helpful.

We only had two days in Vienna, so getting into the museum quickly and without waiting in line was crucial. It saved us time, we really enjoyed the experience, and we even made it to our flight home! 😁

The first location we chose was an excellent choice, as it is a Baroque palace and complex in a beautiful setting; its history makes it a landmark in the Viennese capital. We didn’t have to wait long to go in, and admission was very quick—no lines. The admission price is reasonable and cheaper than at the ticket window (where you have to wait in line). The museum houses paintings by famous artists, so visitors are ready to admire them and enjoy the galleries, which are magnificent in their own right, filled with ornate decor—especially the colorful marble. There are original contemporary art pieces and compositions that, along with the current temporary exhibition dedicated to Johann Baptist Lampi (featuring paintings such as *Venus*), really caught my attention. Overall, the visit was thoroughly satisfying.

The Vienna Spanish Riding School Exercise session was very informative and worth the experience. The tickets were reasonably priced and easy to obtain through Headout. Photos of horses and riders were not permitted at the Vienna Spanish Riding during the session. Just a point to note that the Belvedere Palace and the School are not in the same locations and therefore if you purchase the combination tickets, and you are using public transport, you need to leave approximately an hour between each booking to allow you to travel to the next location and walk ( depending on which transport you choose) and especially if you are limited in walking. There is a tram that stops outside the Belvedere, however, due to road works on our visit, the route had changed slightly. Overall a nice day out.
