TeamLab Planets was a complete surprise on our visit to Tokyo from the U.S. The experience was recommended by a friend of a friend. I expected to spend 45 minutes to an hour there. We spent a full 3 hours moving through the rooms. Some very spectacular visual and sensory presentations. I've been to a lot of great art galleries and seen may unusal installations, but this is in a class by itself. Words do not do it justice. Reachable from central Tokyo by bus or subway. (We took the bus from Ginza, then the subway to Tokyo central.)

Smooth entry process and beautiful artwork. Is just super crowded now and there should be more restrictions in the ball artwork area as kids were very rudely handling the artwork and tossing it around, hitting others. Beautiful artworks though especially the water area with the lights.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at teamLab Planets Tokyo! I visited with my two children, aged 8 and 10, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our Japan holiday. From the moment we entered, we were blown away by the incredible interactive displays, beautiful lights and immersive rooms. Every new area was a surprise, and the kids loved being able to explore and become part of the artwork rather than just look at it. It was such a unique, magical experience that we all enjoyed equally. Booking through Headout was quick and easy, and everything went smoothly with our tickets. I would highly recommend teamLab Planets to families visiting Tokyo. It’s an unforgettable experience and something we’ll be talking about long after our holiday ends!

The water immersion was more than I expected and it was totally surprised . There is so many numerous things that stood out and made it special for me. I don't even know where to start. For example, the crystals and standing on the mirror floor was just mesmerizing., walking through the water and listening to the sounds of it was very calming. Another feature was the orchids. I could stand in there all day and just watch them slowly going up and down . The children's artwork was presented on the wall in an animation. Overall, very, very family friendly and highly recommend anybody who visits Tokyo to go and see for themselves. .

Easy communication and process th purchase tickets. TeamLabs Planets was an amazing experience for my 2 children and me. We booked the 6:30pm slot. The line was long but moved quickly. I highly recommend starting on the water side if you have been out all day. It was so soothing and like a foot massage. Then we moved to athletic portion for all the activities which the kids loved and ended in the gardens. The hanging garden is a beautiful way to end. It's so amazing. I highly recommend this experience for everyone. Totally worth it.

What a wonderful experience! I loved visiting teamLab and enjoying the sumo wrestling experience with my line sisters. Sharing these moments with them made it even more special! Although I didn’t get a chance to wrestle with the sumo wrestlers, we got some great pictures, and I even won a T-shirt! From beginning to end, it was such a fun and memorable time. A beautiful addition to our trip to Japan—I highly recommend it!

It was a fun experience. I wouldn't choose to visit the exhibition at the end of the day when you have little energy left, as visiting it and fully enjoying all the installations takes both time and energy. It could be a great activity to start the day.
