Due to the high wind pressure and falling down freely from 13000 feet, breathing is merely impossible for newbies. I hope SkyDive team will look into this. I like to go one more to enjoy this. Unfortunately, the post-jump customer service has been very disappointing. After my jump, I contacted your team to make sure my photos and videos would be sent to my email address, not my friend’s, even though she made the booking as a gift. I was assured they would be sent to my email, but the photos were still sent to my friend’s email instead. This shows a clear lack of communication and failure to follow instructions. It’s now been more than 72 hours, and I’m still waiting for my video with no update. Customer service has not been helpful, they simply redirect me to the video team instead of following up or providing any status update. The video team only communicates by email and has been completely unresponsive. The skydive experience deserves 5 stars, but the post-jump customer service and media delivery process do not. I’m sure Skydive Dubai can do much better than this. Better communication, following customer instructions, and proactive customer support would make a huge difference.MMichael M

After completing the skydive, I was really looking forward to receiving my photos and videos so that I could keep those memories forever. Unfortunately, none of my photos or videos were delivered because they were lost. I am extremely upset and disappointed about this situation, as this was a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me. I was informed that a complimentary skydive might be offered as compensation, but I have not received any update regarding this yet.

Getting started
Arrive at Skydive Dubai with your passport or valid photo ID and check in for your slot. You’ll complete the required waiver and get fitted into your gear before boarding. At Burj Khalifa, enter at your selected time slot and keep your ID ready for entry.
What to expect
You meet your instructor, suit up, and head to the aircraft with the Palm Drop Zone as your backdrop. The jump is fast and focused—60 seconds of freefall, then a quieter glide as the parachute opens and the coastline comes into view. Features
