The minimum age to participate in the lesson is 6. Anyone can watch as a chaperone from the beach.

Foam boards are used for safety reasons. If you require a fiberglass board, please let the local operator know in advance.

Wear comfortable clothing, and bring along a swimsuit, sandals, sunblock, and a towel.
