Great experience with Headout! It was so easy to manage the tickets for our group of seven, and we didn’t have to queue at the kiosk to purchase the tickets. The booking process was simple and convenient, and having all the tickets in one place made it much easier to keep track of everyone. It saved us a lot of time, especially when travelling with a group. Everything went smoothly from booking to entry. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Vijay who was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave us food recommendations, told us what route to follow, which activities to do first, joked around with us. Overall giving amazing customer service. Me and my two friends really enjoyed the water park and the rides. It did rain for an hour or two but as we were already wet, it was fine. I highly recommend this place for all ages, great service and great facilities. 5 stars 🤩:)

Our day at SkyWorlds was fantastic, at start due to closure of few rides we felt we came on the wrong day but whole day experience made us realize that SkyWorlds has much to offer and our whole family was very happy and enjoyed a lot. Kudos to team SkyWorlds.

I really enjoyed Sunway Lagoon. This is the best activity for whole day for a family. I rate it above Universal in Singapore ( which we did before coming to Malaysia). I had a bad experience using Headout app. I accidentally booked 1 adult and 2 express pass instead of 1 adult and 2 kids. I requested them to amend the tickets. Which they refused. On constant request they only gave me 25% credit. So I have to pay more. Deeply frustrated.
