Well the experienc of booking was easy. Yet, the visit to the Monastery was a "once in a lifetime event." It has a very long line. Inside we're forced to go down about 20 marble steps-- poor lighting and no handrails. VERY DANGEROUS.

In order to avoid waiting 1 hour 30 minutes, it would be desirable to make tickets with timetables! It would also be desirable to be able to access the church on the way out without having to queue (again)...

Very last minute decision to join the queue at the end of the day when the queue was much shorter. Booked the tickets as we queued and all went through without any problems. Very happy with how it went.

Easy to buy tickets online. Too bad the Monastery doesn't live up to its reputation. A huge queue to get in, a 20-minute attraction.
