What to bring
- Wearing a swimsuit and slippers is mandatory throughout the entire area.
- A white bathrobe is required to access the resort, spa, restaurants, and bar.
- Children under 3 years old must wear a containment swimsuit.
What's not allowed
- Bringing food or drinks from outside is not permitted, and consuming food or drinks inside the pools is strictly prohibited.
- Running, diving, playing dangerous games, using fins, inflatable mattresses, dinghies, or practicing apnea diving are not allowed anywhere in the facility.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
- The use of musical devices is only allowed with earphones, and guests are required to keep their voices low.
- Sitting on restaurant area cushions with wet clothing is not allowed.

- Children under 14 years old and under 1.5 meters in height are not allowed access to certain pools and waterfalls; dedicated pools are available for them.
