Getting started

Begin your day by entering the Club and completing any required check-in at the entrance. After you are inside, pick up your Wellness Kit with bathrobe, towel, slippers, and shopping bag, then make your way to the changing areas. Once ready, you can head directly toward the outdoor thermal areas or choose a quieter relaxation space to start your visit.

What to expect

The Club

This experience gives you daily access to the Club, with the freedom to move between thermal areas, wellness zones, and quiet rooms at your own pace throughout the day.

• Your booking includes daily access to the Club, so you can structure your time between water-based wellness practices, heat experiences, and rest areas.
• A Wellness Kit with bathrobe, towel, slippers, and shopping bag is provided, so you have the essential items needed to use the pools, saunas, and relaxation spaces comfortably.

Outdoor thermal pools and hydromassage areas

Across the thermal area, you will find 4 outdoor thermal pools fed with Saturnia water, complemented by Jacuzzi tubs and jets that focus on hydromassage.
