Day Access to Thermal Club with Pools, Wellness Kit, Sauna, and Relaxation Areas

What to bring

• You are required to wear a swimsuit and slippers throughout the entire area.
• A white bathrobe is mandatory to access the Resort, SPA, restaurants, and bar.
• Children under 3 years old must wear a containment swimsuit.
• You must shower before entering the pools or wellness areas.
• In the sauna, you must enter with a towel and swimsuit.

What's not allowed

• Outside food and drinks are not permitted, and consuming food or drinks inside the pools is strictly prohibited.
• Running, diving, dangerous games, and the use of fins, air mattresses, or inflatable boats are not allowed.
• Apnea diving is not permitted in any of the pools.
• The use of music players without headphones is prohibited, and guests are required to keep their voices low.
• Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
• Do not sit on the restaurant cushions with wet clothing.
• Be cautious with jewelry and metal objects, as they may oxidize in the water.

Additional information

• Children under 14 years old and under 1.5 meters in height are not allowed in certain pools and waterfalls; dedicated pools are available for them.
• The parking area is unattended and not supervised.
• All guests must follow the facility’s hygiene and behavior guidelines for a safe and relaxing experience.
