What to bring

Booking voucher: Bring your booking voucher to present before the experience.

Driver's license: If you plan to drive a snowmobile, bring a valid physical Class B driver's license. It must be recognizable in English. Provisional licenses and photos of licenses are not accepted.

Warm layers: Wear warm clothing under the provided thermal overalls for extra comfort.

What’s not allowed

Driving without license: Guests without a valid driving license are not allowed to drive a snowmobile.

Alcohol: Alcohol consumption is not permitted during the tour.

Intoxication: Guests who are intoxicated cannot participate.

Additional information

Sled option: Children and adults without a driving license will ride in a sled pulled by the guide's snowmobile.

Late arrival: Missing the scheduled meeting time will result in a missed safari, with no refund.

Minimum age: Children aged 2 to 13 can join the tour in a sled behind the guide's snowmobile. Children under 2 are not recommended to participate.

Snowmobile sharing: Two adults share one snowmobile. Single driving is available for adults at an additional cost.

Passenger height: Children over 140cm who wish to ride as snowmobile passengers are charged the full adult price, subject to availability.

Vehicle damage: Snowmobile drivers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle, with personal liability of up to €950 per person per snowmobile in case of an accident.

Additional insurance: Optional insurance is available on-site for €15 per person, reducing personal liability to €150. It must be purchased before the tour begins.
